Two children climbed out of the crack in the golden egg. Embryonic. Speckled in debris. Embryoids. The children haunted each story they travelled thru. The spine of a cracked book. The spinal unfolds. 2 children walking thru time. In one story and out the other. Irradiated labyrinth. Symmetry decayed thru generations of reproduction. Copy, copy. The Image had cracked. Dust memory under the carpet, but time reverberated leaving phantasmic outlines that followed us like a lost dog. Mother is hungry, Earth is dying. Earth is hungry, Mother is dying. Earth serpent devouring its own tail. Savoring each bite down to the core. Watching two children pry its mouth open and walk out. Solar children. Each human idea a satellite arching slowly around. Lavender, honey, smoked paprika. The acrid taste of chewing ants we lick up off the pavement. Stumbling goons rolling back into cosmic womb. Reverted embryo. Back thru the pages of every book. The melting hearse cruising aimlessly thru time. Smile wobbles as we fly into the sun.

The boy unlocked his scab like an anthill kicked over on a school playground. Infinitesimal universes leak out of their vessel into exploded view….exploded balloon…boy attached to the other end floating away. Two children swing like medallions from breasts usurped from cosmic body. Mothers milk splashing around inside my head. Coating or coaxing. A thread. Two children unfolding into a thread. All bodies sewn together and singed. Supple on an atomic level. Skin cracks and curls into form. A boy and a girl walk past where the words end in a book. Labyrinthine digestion…lab orienting gestation. Milk curdling and draped out of my eyes. I had to see the sound and wind it back into my body. Constantly turning to liquid in my own hands. Body splashing toward the finish line. Smile wobbles…smile wobbles….smile wobbles...
